    Update: Nachdem ich diese Nachricht eingestellt hat, melde sich jemand aus der Zentrale. Man entschuldigte sich für den Vorfall und übernahm daraufhin die Arbeiten am Gerät. Schon Tags später war das Handy tadellos fertig. ACHTUNG!!! Unfreundlich, inkompetent und dazu noch gnadenlos unverschämt! Ich wollte eigentlich nur den Akku Wechsel, da der nach drei Jahren unter 80% Leistung hatte. Mit Reparaturbonus wollte ich das mal ausprobieren. Als ich das iPhone dann endlich wieder in Empfang nahm, war das Display beim öffnen im unteren Bereich am zittern. Erst tat man so, als hätte man damit Nix zu tun. Dann wollte man „nicht diskutieren“. Alles reine Routine und eh von Apple vorbestimmt. Das einzige was man da machen kann wäre, es zu Apple einzuschicken. Wäre dann aber alles gelöscht und dauert auch 2 Wochen. Weil ist ja in Tschechien. Totale Inkompetenz. Gepaart mit einer Unverfrorenheit, die es zusammen zu einem Verbrechen macht. Hat leider nicht gebracht und ich musste dennoch das Display tauschen. Binnen zwei Stunden hatte ich mein Handy wieder.
